holiday, work and workout. perfect! :D

holiday doesn't mean everything must relaxed and just fooled around. cuba fikirkan idea and plan yang menarik sikit untuk cuti anda semua selain dari lepak, makan minum berak cangkung and buat kerja2 bodoh yang entah apa kejadah. for at least, please do come out dengan plan nak have quality times ke like pi vacation and buat activities yang berfaedah kat vacation sites yang korang pi or kurang2 pun duduk rumah buat workout untuk shaped ur body to it's beautiful look. entry kali ni aku focus pada, of course aku, tentang workout yang aku dah undergoing about few days beginning from the early days of my semester break. yes, work out. kenapa? kelakar? seriuslah. ada prove lagi ni. tak payahlah nak duk pi joging buang minyak nak menapak ke sana ke sini and buat sakit kaki lari ke sana ke mari. bukan tak boleh buat camtu, boleh cuma cuba ambil step mudah and jimat buat kat rumah jek, kat dalam ur own free room yang without any disturbance and weird looks upon u. ahahh, prove ye? tak percaya? oke, fine thank you come again terima kasih daun keladi. ni hahh kalau tak percaya; resultnya... (buat workout kat rumah jek oke)

i love the abs and the packs. so beautiful aww~ hahaha :DD

see, i told ya mates that workout from just inside of ur own room can change ya. ni lah result setelah beberapa hari workout kat dalam bilik aku tanpa menggunakan apa2 alatan support. just look at the abs... look at the packs formed. hehehe ;) niceee~ not just i worked out the abs and packs, besides abs and packs, arms and biceps pun aku workout juga. biar nice and balance workout aku. ni just a little bit and baru lagi. wait after a month workout and find out how nice it'll be and how tough i'll get. hahaha :DD mudah, selesa, jimat dan berhasil. just inside of ur own room. just one advice jek aku nak bagi; bila dah start workout, stick to the routine and maintain. get it? thank you come again. even though dah kerja, aku cuba sempat2kan diri spend a little bit time untuk workout ni. alaa, bukan lama sangat, sekejap jek. ada lah dalam 10-20 minutes for the whole routine then take a rest pastu ready untuk pi kerja. lagipun workout ni sedikit sebanyak bantu aku energetic and fit masa kerja. bukan aku workout ni just saja2 but sambil menyelam minum ayaq. huhuhu ^^ 

before i get to forget, there's something yang aku dah lama nak tunjuk kat korang benda alah ni. something yang pernah aku cerita kat entry2 aku yang lepas2. kalu nak tahu apa dia, pi lah cari sendiri ye nama natang ni kat entry2 yang lepas. lambat sikit. huhuhu ^^ gtg mates, nak rest. later with other entries. see ya~ ;)
